Welcome
to The Internet Poets' Cooperative. Here you may browse poetry
books or listen to the voice of a poet reading
original work. Here you may share your work with others in our online
forum and/or comment on another's work in progress. There is even
a chat room that serves as our "virtual

or writers. Whether you are a reader, a listener, or a writer please
come in and complete the circle of communication that sparks and sputters
around the edges of this new center of e-poetry.

Here are some other great poetry community sites to explore:
The Poetry Super Highway at www.poetrysuperhighway.com/psh/ is the grand daddy of them all. Rick Lupert has worked tirelessly to create a place to share poetry through many creative online projects. PSH was the original inspiration for M. D. Friedman to create the Internet Poets' Co-operative.
Open Mic Voices is a poet social network that encourages individual poetic expression. H. L. Hunter has created something unique and powerful here with a great set of tools for members to share both audio and video poetry. You can join at www.openmicvoices.com.
VerseWrights is an up and coming poetry sharing community that embraces the work of "poets of all ages, talents, and styles." Carl Sharpe, the site founder, is very supportive of quality poets that are struggling to make a name for themselves. You may join at www.versewrights.com/join-us.html.
Join us at Poet Space, a social network created by and for poets only! Meet other poets and share your poetry, musings, audio, video and resources. Create your own web page, post events and put your book in our new Poet Space Book Store -- all for free.
