I live in Glastonbury, Somerset and I have just finished studying for a degree in English and Creative Writing at Bath Spa University. In September I will be continuing my poetry studies on the Creative Writing MA at BSU.
I enjoy performing my poetry and I have just won the Bruton Arts Festival Slam (June 07) and also won the Wells Literature Festival Poetry Slam in October 06. Afterwards, I was interviewed by BBC Somerset Sound and recorded a couple of poems for them.
I am a member of Bath Spa Poets, and a founder member of the Tongue Collective (www.myspace.com/tonguecollective)
I am also a founder member of Tor Poets, a performance poetry group in Glastonbury and I co-run the online Bath Spa Writers Group.
People fascinate me and I love to write about the details in their lives in my poetry.
